Street Paving Project - 11/11-16/2019

The trucks are lining up and the signs have been posted for the paving of our neighborhood. I just talked with the project foreman and he informed me of the following:

Rocky Run has 8 streets remaining to be paved and now thanks to Brenda Nicholson's efforts our project will start today.
Today and tomorrow they will remove the surface layer of our streets in preparation for the paving crew that will come behind them.
You will be able to drive on the streets while either process is going on without any residual problems.

The next phase of the beautification of our neighborhood will be the personal decision of 13 of our 20 neighbors to replace their driveways; cleaning up of the entry way by the power washing of the columns; removal of the leaves behind the fence and planting of flowers. These activities will start now and be completed in the spring.

Again thanks to Brenda and all of you for your commitment to spruce up the neighborhood and adhere to our "architectural guidelines" to protect the investment in our homes.
