Evening Hills Development

The development consists of 20 individually owned homes by members of the association which was established August 17, 1988.  The development is located at the intersection of Compton Road and Luton Hill Way in Clifton, Virginia.

 

Each of the lots has one vote in all matters identified in the by-laws with the exception of the authority given to the trustees in the by-laws.  Details of the by-laws and other pertinent operational information is located in the password protected member section of the site.
